Questions about paying
How does billing work?
Everything goes through your Apple ID, the same way as any App Store subscription. Apple handles the payment. We never see your card details.
What happens when the free week ends?
Your trial rolls into the £9.99 monthly plan, unless you cancel before it ends. If you cancel, you keep access until the day the trial finishes.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose Listenin. You can cancel there in a few taps, any time.
Is Listenin on Android or the web?
Not yet. Listenin is an iPhone app for now.
